New episode + a tool for your business owner clients

I want to put something in your hands that you can use with every business owner client you work with.
This morning I dropped a new episode of my podcast, Rebuild & Rise, where I sit down with Sterling, an SBA lending expert at Lendstra. We break down exactly what business owners need to know about MCA loans vs. SBA loans — the interest, the structure, the access requirements, and what it actually takes to get to the right kind of capital. Feel free to share it directly with your clients.

Here’s the conversation I want you to be able to have:
Business owners are one of the most underserved referral populations in the credit space. Most of them are trapped in MCA cycles — merchant cash advances with effective rates of 40–60% or higher, pulling from their accounts daily, building nothing. They think that’s just what business financing looks like. It isn’t.
SBA 7(a) loans currently run 10–13% interest with repayment terms up to 10 years. The federal government backs a portion. Lenders take on less risk. Business owners get real terms and build real credit. But to access them, you generally need a minimum 650 personal credit score.
That’s exactly where we sit in the pipeline.
We restore personal credit to mortgage-ready standards. Once a client hits 680, they’re NOW eligible for our business credit platform — where we help them build a fundable business profile, establish business credit separate from their personal score, and position them for SBA loans and traditional bank financing.
For you, this means any business owner in your pipeline with credit challenges isn’t a dead end. They’re a referral. Send them to us, we get their personal credit right, and you get a stronger, more bankable client on the other side.
If you have business owners you can’t move forward right now, let’s talk.
